I think over the past few years I’ve come across several things that have made me excited and initially given reason to feel optimistic about my health, I would have read all the research available to me then adopted the method to incorporate the protocol be it physically, mentally or spiritually. I would see or feel any specific positive or negative changes over a period of weeks or month’s. I know I’ve made positive improvements because I’m still here and drug free, however I also know I’ve made some error’s after being fooled by self inflicted hype when something looked good on paper but not when incorporated into my daily routines.
A couple of weeks ago I came across a book called “Reversing Multiple Sclerosis” by Celeste Pepe, D.C. , N.D. so I ordered it from Amazon and started reading the moment it arrive a few days later. I was very pleased that the first medical practitioner she mentioned was Dr, Hal Huggins who I’d worked for for 3 1/2 years. Several other medical professionals were used and the journey she went through was interesting and exciting to me, however the book was written nearly 20 years ago and the Huggins protocol she was followed has been massively improved so in some ways I started to feel my balloon was slowly being let down. I persevered, luckily, and read about a huge step she made, linked with something that sounds gross.

It should arrive in a couple of weeks so I’ll update this as I know more..
