Could have been worse.
Sunday was Z4, sounds good doesn’t it, Z4… no I’m not in a 60’s police series. It started great, in fact from a Zapper and AB point of view it was all good. There was a problem but in reality it was of my own doing, just a case of overconfidence that resulted in a fall. But as the title says, it could have been worse… As it was a chilly morning I started off with my tracky bottoms on but by 10.30 I knew I was getting warm and you know how that affects me so I decided to go put my shorts on. This is where the overconfidence came in, I didn’t exactly try to walk normally but I didn’t take as much care as I should have, which resulted in a fall that could easily have been a serious problem, but because of my cat like reflexes… not really, but I did manage to avoid whacking my head against the bedside table, (nightstand for my U.S. friends), my right knee twisted under me, it’s not swollen so I don’t think I’ve done any serious damage but I am struggling to move around at the moment so will need help.
But in the main I felt good all day and taking Ann’s advice my Adrenal support arrives Tuesday that hopefully eases the midday rests. I think I used the Zapper for 6 hours, 3 in the morning and 3 mid to late afternoon.
