Open-minded..
It seems that the American readers are far more open-minded and willing to read about the truth, as opposed to my UK readers. After looking at the statistics, its obvious that more than 10x as many people in the States read two of my five books.

Don’t shoot the messenger…
Now I know that this post is going to upset and offend some people, normally I’d say I’m sorry and please accept my apologies, but in this occasion I’m not.
Why?..
Let me first point something out, if you’ve ever watched movies made before the 80’s or even the 90’s, you’ll notice that the majority of the characters weredlim or a few pounds heavier than they’d like to be.
But because of the advertisers and media in general, foods and drinks are made with so much crap the whatever its been added to has little or no nutritional benefits at all.
What’s happened, is that the pariahs have no interest whatsoever in the health snd quality of life of people.
The simply create advertisements that make the public want to eat or drink that in all honesty does nothing but appeal to tastebuds, but saturate the body with visceral fat that slowly but surely prevent the organs that were designed to keep you healthy and able to LIVE..not just exist on a life of pharmaceutical drugs.
As I said at the start, this is just the truth, that your tastebuds are persuading you to ignore yours and your children’s health.
Pay attention and stop having to be in a queue to see your GP.

As I think most readers will know my background and experience as the client service director for Dr Hal Huggins when I lived in Colorado for almost 11 years. Obviously, I knew and was good friends with several amazing dentists, which enabled me to have the best treatment.
It’s very different now, as I’m confident that implants for my front 6, which I want, will be considerably safer than it was 16 yrs ago.
But as we all know, dental treatment, especially for implants, is frustratingly expensive, and difficult to arrange.
