I wonder….

I wonder…

You will all have read my posts over the past several years regarding health, I occasionally repost information that I think could benefit most people, a friend or family member. I personally feel that the corruption that seems to have invaded and overpowered what started as a way of helping mankind is so disgusting it’s hard to understand the mentality of the people that run those companies. I’m referring to the pharmaceutical industry of course, a hundred years ago the doctors, pharmacists, scientists and all the other dedicated people were good and wanted to truly help others. Sadly the attitude was changed as realisation of the incredible profits that could be made became the number one priority.

Anyway…. I digress….the point in this is that I’ve put a lot of time into research into the possibilities of removing this squatter in my body, MS is, according to the so called experts, an incurable disease. In my humble opinion based on tried and tested methods at various clinics not influenced by Big Pharma, there are methods that have gone a long way to reversing many of the killing diseases that are cash cows for the money grabbing conglomerates. Two of the many clinics specialising in one particular method that I feel would be right for me is stem cell therapy. There is one in Switzerland that seems to be great, expensive but great, and the one that appeals to me the most because of their success and the cost is in the Ukraine. I don’t know how exactly but I want it to happen so my aim is to go there, I’m going to need someone with me, not to give actual medical help but just as a carer.

My lovely sister Suzie has already offered and she would obviously be my first choice, however if it’s the Ukraine and not Switzerland and the timing doesn’t work for her then I’d need someone else. If…..if I can cover all costs for flights and accommodation etc who if anyone would agree to go with me. No commitment obviously because this is only if’s at this time but I just wonder if there is a “friend” out there that would do this…Please comment if you wish or send an email to [email protected]

What do I know?….

What do I know ….

Question…..what do I know?, it’s a strange thing really, I’ve had MS for 16 years in total although the first four it was undiagnosed but I had the symptoms. So in all those years and the time with Dr Huggins in Colorado you’d think I actually would be an expert. In reality I truly know diddly squat other than some of the reasons that this hideous disease can flare up. It’s so frustrating and confusing to be in constant pain (24/7) and bearing it and accepting it as normal but then for no obvious reason to sink into a massive hole of added problems. Yesterday I felt good, sort of, it was chilly in the morning so I put a fleece top on for a few hours, then shortly after lunch it had warmed up a little so I took the fleece top off. An hour later I was so weak it was nigh on impossible to walk or shuffle in my case, my left leg just didn’t belong to me. It’s actually very frightening to be in desperate need to pee, start negotiating around the walls and then to be stuck in limbo, as I cannot move my left leg, my body goes through the initial motion of moving but my freaking left leg stays firmly planted to the floor. The fear that strikes through me like a lightening bolt as I desperately cling to the door frame trying to keep my balance. Fortunately I didn’t fall or crash into the wall and managed everything without embarrassing myself.

Why did the sudden weakness go as quickly as it came? I’ve no answer to that, could it have been the food I ate or the temperature or a combination of both, and if either was the cause then what specifically did it do to make my already compromised immune system give up so dramatically. I talked about the doctors resorting to a guessing game with the everyday minor health issues of the hundreds of weekly patients they see. I’m just trying to cope with one, me, ok the health issue is a tad more serious but when it comes to the complexity of MS it is a maze as big as the country and I’ve been trying to find my way out for sixteen years and it’s wearing me out…

Guessing game..

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

Guessing game.

It’s a very complex puzzle, imagine being an expert at solving jigsaw puzzles and you are faced with a very intricate puzzle consisting of a billion pieces. You are allowed to look and study the completed puzzle for as long as you want before the puzzle is broken up then partially put back together. Ok now almost all of it is rearranged but it still leaves several million pieces to put back in place. Quite a challenge, in fact one that is unlikely to be completed in a lifetime it’s so big and complicated.

Well this puzzle is difficult but in reality not as difficult as the one you live in….. the human body is made up of organs of which there are 79, there are 14 different glands, each gland produces hormones, each hormone enables organs to complete a specific job. There are literally billions of enzymatic actions taking place every minute. Oh and by the way they are all made up of cells, so looking at the combinations and interactions of this group that need to work synergistically in order for what collectively is known as a human being is hmm let’s say a rather difficult task.

So this thing we live in isn’t as easily fixed as you might think when talking to your GP, the drug often given doesn’t usually fix anything, in fact more often  than not what they do is play a trick on you by turning off the receptor in your body that’s recognising the problem. The body is more complex than the most powerful computer, infinitely more powerful. The billions and billions of actions taking place will if given time and the correct nutrients enable the body to heal itself. The drugs just shoot the messenger and blindfold the receptors while the body does what it does best.  It’s not a guarantee that the solution to your health problem when you get a prescription for a drug, it’s a drug that might fool your body temporarily, ask the doctor, if they’re honest with you it’s very much a guessing game.

Am I fooling myself..

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

Am I fooling myself.

I write most days and more often than not I talk about my positive and optimistic view on my life. There are days, not so much days but times that I don’t feel so optimistic, as I wrote the other day, my days are very much the same. I tend to feel good (for me) in the morning and for most of the day but what appears to be the norm lately is I become very weak as the day wears on.as I’m writing this it’s just after 9.00 pm Thursday and I’m thinking I have an answer to my own inner questions that have been making me feel so worried. Each day for the last three weeks I’ve been pushing myself to exercise more and harder each day. I’m totally exhausted at the end of each session and struggle to get up off the floor but I do it and then an hour later I do it again. My thinking is that the total exhaustion, and trust me when I say you have no idea how this feels, the exercise is helping but the initial effects are very debilitating and my diseased body needs much more rest to recover than it would for an ablebodied person. Unlike normal people the improvements after many days of exercising are minimal in comparison but it is there even if it’s not obvious. As each day passes and I’m constantly tired it is very demoralizing but I know if I don’t keep trying and pushing myself that this hideous disease would beat me. I am strong mentally and I’m not fooling myself, I will win.

Stem cells….

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

Stem cell.

I’ve read so much lately about stem cell treatment and the incredible possibilities by having it. As I’ve said before, no I’m not getting senile just yet, I know I wrote about it a couple of weeks back, the body is made up of trillions of cells, every organ is made of organ specific cells and the parent stem cell has the ability to change itself into the appropriate cell. Stem cells are primarily created in the bone marrow of each individual. There are several clinics around the world specializing in stem cell treatment, two I’ve identified as having the most positive results are in Switzerland and the Ukraine. Although Switzerland sounds nicer it seems the one in the Ukraine is regarded as the best and surprisingly or not surprisingly is the most affordable. Treatment for me with a carer to accompany me will cost around £10,000, hint hint, I doubt anyone has a spare ten grand doing nothing so treatment will have to wait.

In the meantime I came across some very interesting information about a doctor, a very special one that is using a supplement that boost and helps the body to release your own stem cells. This I want to try, if you haven’t seen it go to my Facebook page.

The only thing that’s important…

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

The only thing that’s important.

My days are very much the same to me in that I get up, get my supplements for the day while eating a light breakfast then shuffle around holding the furniture to get to the sofa. I spend the majority of the day sitting there, that’s broken up my visits to the loo and very basic but completely exhausting exercises. I read a lot, I write for my blog, surf the web looking for possibilities to improve my health. My carer Debs comes about 11.30 to prepare the waters etc for the day and make my lunch, she’s become very efficient at this over the past four years and is all done in 45 minutes. I have a different carer at the weekend, a nice lady called Mel, I rarely eat an evening meal, I watch a bit of telly between 5.00 and 8.00pm and then off to bed.

Boring!!!!! Yes but that’s it, am I frustrated or depressed….No.. I accept that at this time in my life that this is all that’s available to me. I see this as a challenge, I dare you to get better, go on, I dare you….. a freaking horrendous disease is living in my body, bloody squatters, I didn’t invite it in.

Looking at the boring, limited, painful and frustrating situation I find myself in at a stage of my life that in reality is closer to the end than it is to the beginning isn’t a nice place to be but…..me being a hard faced, stubborn scouser the only thing, the only thing that’s important to me is to be the best ME, the best Stefan possible..

What does it say…

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Uncategorized

What does it say?

My view of Bill Clinton before I went to live in America was that he was a good president, as an Englishman living in England my view, my opinion was based on how he was portrayed by the British media, and in the main, as a man leading the most powerful nation in the world he was doing a good job. In reality he probably created more debt and less work efficiency than any previous president had done. He was an unfaithful man to his wife, he was publicly shamed for his sexual escapades with Monica Lewinsky and it’s likely there were others.

George W Bush was a great sports club owner and businessman but as a leader of a nation he didn’t come over as an intelligent man especially when public speaking.

I lived for eleven years in that beautiful country, half of it was under George Dubya and half under Obama. Living and working there is totally different than living in a different country and judging what happens and having an opinion purely based on what is reported via the media.  In my opinion, based on living and working there is that Obama wasn’t good for the country. Yes the first lady looked and sounded good but that was as good as it got.

Now my point is this, the last three presidents have all had their faults, an unfaithful untrustworthy philanderer, a numb nuts and a Muslim who talked a good talk. Roughly half of America wasn’t happy at the time of each previous inauguration and certainly not during during the time they held office.

Now there is a president that started at the bottom in business, became a billionaire, lost it the became a billionaire again. Do you think he knows what he’s doing? Do you think he has a plan? Do you think he’s proven he can make things happen. You can bet your bottom dollar he does. While the previous three made a mess of it, did anyone riot and loot and protest? No they didn’t so what does it say about the people that are unhappy about Trump. Stop complaining and understand everyone has faults and opinions, give him a chance.

Greatest healer….

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

Greatest healer.

In life we all have hiccups, our intention is to get from A to B as easily and as comfortably as possible, but as I said we all have hiccups and by that I’m not referring to that minor problem specifically, no, I mean the physical problems that aren’t life threatening but slow us down and make us deviate from getting to our destination. In the majority of cases all that’s required is a swift stopover at the local GP to remedy it.

About ten years ago I started to look at heath, sickness and healing in a different way, I realised that true healing is as much down to one’s mind as much as anything else including so called medication. We’ve all heard stories of different people given a drug or given a placebo but told it was truly going to fix the problem. Amazingly the health issue was rectified in both cases, the symptom was the accepted problem and the medicine/drug did the job but in as many cases “the mind” did the same. In my case the medical professionals have told me that the disease I have is incurable, I was told that I’d be in a wheelchair permanently if I didn’t take the “medication” within six months. I didn’t and I’m not, instead I’ve adopted the attitude of naturally correcting and re-balancing the distorted irregularities in the life force, my blood and mind. I’ve slowed down the progression of the so called incurable disease and I honestly believe it’s only a matter of time before the combination of natural supplements and meditation overcome the physical and mental irregularities and I prove when it comes to Stefan that I am my own greatest healer.

Going beyond limitations…

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

There are days that I am so confident in myself and I feel that there is nothing and no one that can make me question what I’m attempting to do. There are times when I totally amaze myself and wonder where that comes from, I mean what is it within me that can logically generate such dynamic self enthusiasm . Then while thinking about it something happens, something silly or quite inconsequential, I may have eaten something that has disrupted my body chemistry and makes me stop cold and have doubts. a cloud of confusion envelops me, it’s really scary because there isn’t anyone else that can make me stumble, there isn’t a doctor or neurologist or scientist that can change my mind in a negative or positive way. The only motivator or demotivator, the only thing or person standing in my way or pushing me on is me..

Continuing to motivate myself is hard, but somewhere inside me there’s a diamond hidden away, a sparkling life source, my vital energy that’s whispering, it’s almost as if it’s my child crying. It’s calling for help because it’s trapped in the dark, the twinkling is fading but I know I have to dig it out, I have to find a way to set it free and it’s mine so I’m not going to give up on it….ever.

It’s frustrating, it’s exhausting but I know I have to get around, over or under me and ignore the pain and extreme fatigue, I have to find a way to set me free.

The Big Six…

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

I can understand that a lot of you probably think my life is based on conspiracy theories, that I’ve heard rumours so just want to perpetuate them and spread fear. I can understand that thought and how you just want to ignore what you think of as gossip mongers. If I hadn’t been fortunate enough to have been directly involved with a dedicated group of genuine healers then having an opinion based on misinformation would be perfectly acceptable. But that isn’t the case with me, the things I know are exactly that, it’s what I KNOW. My views and opinions haven’t been formed by the bias of tv advertising.

I met and directly worked with dentists and doctors, scientists and PhD’s that genuinely treated and cured patients that western medical doctors had totally given up hope on. Not everyone seen by one of the true medical professionals was cured but several were and I’m sure the others would have been if they’d seen the right people and not just gone along with the drug pushers.

The title “The big 6” is referring to the 6 organizations that control the people of the western world, “don’t shake your head and roll your eyes, it’s true”. There are six organizations that control what’s happening. They all have a vested interest in your health, what you eat, drink, drive, where you live and your health. The big six probably don’t appear on the surface to be connected but they are indirectly.

In no particular order they are: The Pharmaceutical industry, Oil and Gas, Banking, Insurance, Food, Advertising/Media.

Think about it, the foods we eat is synthetically and genetically modified, we get sick so we take drugs pretending to be medication. Insurance companies especially health insurance and Banks, (corrupt) all spend massive amounts of money advertising to perpetuate the blatant lie that a drug manufactured by one of the elite can help. In reality all they are doing is scratching each other’s back.
