Youngevity..

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

Sometimes I wonder if what I’m doing is the right thing for my health, I know it’s important for me to continue using the supplements and to exercise on a regular basis although that is very difficult on particular days but I will persevere.

Deep down I know I have the tenacity and strength of mind to continue doing what I’m doing, Everyday I wake up and I wonder if I’m going to be able to continue knowing that I’m in pain and feel very weak but although this is a difficult time it’s also a very positive time because of the small and subtle improvements I make each day.

The Youngevity supplements are making more noticable improvements for me than anything I’ve tried in the past. Over the years I’ve tried numerous different methods and supplements, some have helped temporarily but nothing so far has made any long-term improvements but now I actually believe that this is the right way to go.

As I’ve said before, they are small and subtle improvements I notice but it’s a wonderful feeling when I can stand longer and keep my balance better so this is what I will continue to do.

Life as we know it..

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

It’s strange looking back over time how things have changed, some have been good, but some bad.. Mostly life appears to be moving forward in a positive way, I say appears but not actually is..!!!! I mean if you look at technology, yes we are massively more advanced now than only 30 years ago. Could you really have expected to see that most young teenagers carry a device powerful enough to do what today’s “Smartphones” do, no I doubt it.

Ok so technology is way more advanced but is it good, in some ways it isn’t, kids appear to communicate via their phones or tablets accessing social media apps rather than actually talking.

Looking at the way we survive, it used to be accepted that humans needed food in the form of meat and vegetables, then we became more advanced and realised the differences between protein, carbohydrates and fats, so we seemed to function better if these were taken over the course of the day in three separate meals….yay… things were looking good. But then a clever dude said there was another element that was involved called calories. The proteins, carbs and fats all had different amounts of calories by weight so we were told “A calorie is a calorie” irrespective of where it came from, just limit the number of calories to a specific amount daily and you’ll stay fit and healthy. What a load of crap….

Ok now look at medicine…We are lead to believe that the constant research being carried out is for the benefit of mankind……………..wrong!!! The pharmaceutical giants (Big pharma) spend billions developing various drugs to address symptoms and nothing more. This way a drug makes a person suffering with an illness feel temporarily better so they become totally dependent on that drug. Each drug has at least 10 potential side effects and some a lot more that require the user to take another drug, this is a never ending cycle

When you stop and think for a minute looking at the technology, resources and money available to these organisations compared to a hundred years ago why can’t they do what was done to virtually eliminate diseases like tuberculosis, diphtheria and pneumonia then do the same for cancer!!! I’ll tell you why, because they can but it’s just not profitable. Why would they throw away Billions and Billions in annual profit when they can just spend millions on advertising conning people into believing their lies.

Ok going back to foods, the way food is grown, and all food is grown not made synthetically. Plants and fruits are grown then either combined or cooked with others to make what is accepted as a meal. They tend to consist of proteins, either animal or fish, vegetables in one form or another then if you are lucky, a dessert.

We are also conned into believing that we’ll get all the goodness we need to sustain us, if ..if this were the case why oh why are so many people sick. There are so many more illnesses and diseases now than just 50 years ago. And it’s not because the incredible research has discovered the disease. No, it just wasn’t there before, it’s there now because it’s been manmade and sometimes purposely not just as a bi-product of herbicides and pesticide spraying.

Because all form of life, be it humans, animals, insects and plants require water first and nutrition. We humans are more complicated and the nutrition needs to be in the form of minerals, vitamins,  amino acids and essential fatty acids. Without these parts of our body, different organs simply fail to function correctly. The human body is incredibly advanced so when deprived of some of the vital nutrients the body doesn’t panic it just looks for a alternative or different source for what it needs. So we carry on living or surviving but not as efficiently, a disease, sickness or allergy appears so we go to the drug salesman, a.k.a. the doctor. who recommends a medication (synthetic drug) to mask the problem. Have you ever asked why a health issue cannot be cured and completely eradicated from the body?

People need to be less accepting of this travesty and ask more questions..

Born in Liverpool..

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

If I look at my life to date I am pleased by all I’ve been fortunate to have done, if my life ended tomorrow, but it’s not, then I wouldn’t have any regrets. I know there are some things I could have done better or tried harder at but as I said I’ve no real regrets.
I was born in Liverpool at a tough time not long after the 2nd world war, being one of 7 kids is always going to be hard wherever you’re born but I love all my brothers and sisters My mum and dad did the best they could, in fact my mum went above and beyond what parents would be expected to do and we are blessed that she is still with us.
Over the years we’d moved to Yorkshire and I sampled my first adrenaline jolts, rock climbing in the Dales and the Lake district got me started. I’d become a speed junkie with various motorbikes, I remember zapping up the M1 doing 150 mph on my Yamaha fZ1000 Genesis and loving it.
I tried Hang gliding, both the hill launch and towed which was fun although not a patch on the several hundred skydives I was able to do. A big thrill was in 1989 when I was number 2 on the 60 way, which at the time was the British record and went into the Guinness book of records.
I also took my SCUBA diving qualification, in some ways not as dramatic as skydiving or speeding on my bikes but it definitely scared me more especially when I once had a free flowing regulator. Luckily my best buddy Darren was there  to save me, thanks Daz..
In 1997 I lived for 2 years in Florida where I got my pilots licence, I think I was very lucky to have got it in 43 hours, the national average in the U.S. was 75 hours so I was pleased with my progress. I actually started on my commercial helicopter rating but ran out of money.I was also very much an active mountain biker and jet skier.
In 2002 I moved permanently to Colorado in the U.S. and several years later I became the Client Service Director for an amazing man called Dr Hal Huggins who was the world leading authority in biological dentistry. He also had a Masters in Immunology and Toxicology, during the last 30 years of his life he saved thousands of people from what the medical fraternity considered to be incurable diseases. I was fortunate to have worked for him for 3 1/2 years and learned so much from him. During that time I know I helped more than a thousand people, some directly, some by influencing them to have treatment and others by counselling them.
I feel blessed to have had that as a significant part of my life.
Yes I was born in Liverpool and yes I experienced a multitude of amazing things in England but to use a phrase off an advert on TV, I WAS MADE IN COLORADO.

Do we need food?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Health

The question “Do we need food” I’m sure will incite a response of “Of course we do” from most people, but the sad fact in today’s world of Herbicides, Pesticides, Genetically Modified crops and nutritionally bereft foods is No we don’t.

To clarify my statement is to explain that the majority of crops grown in the past 25 years have been subject to chemicals and synthetic growth stimulants that quite frankly reduced the nutritional content quite dramatically. So when you eat foods that you have been conned into believing are healthy, they aren’t. The farmers used to leave some fields fallow for a year to recuperate, but that rarely happens now.

The seeds of crops have often been genetically modified, the soil has often been sprayed with “Round up” removing the majority of natural nutrition.

The culmination of this is resulting in more and more unhealthy people, look around and see. Half the people in the western world take OTC or prescription meds to combat or at least mask health related problems.

When I was a kid it was unusual to see overweight kids whereas now it’s usual to see kids that are obese which often leads to similar parent’s. In the main it’s not  a case of kids just overeating, the fact is that the human body doesn’t need synthetic foods laced with sugar but healthy foods stacked with genuine nutrition.

The body will function correctly and efficiently when provided with nutrition in the form of minerals, vitamins, amino acids and essential fatty acids.

When companies like Monsanto and Cargill profess to be trying to feed the world by producing GMO’s people need to understand that they have one goal and priority and that’s to line their own pockets at the expense of mankind. These people don’t give a crap about anything else.
