I’ve used the new Youngevity supplements for a month and I have nothing but good things to say about them, I’m certainly seeing and feeling more positive and optimistic results than at any other time in my MS life,
Unfortunately there was a four day break between my first month’s supply and my second which resumed today. But on a positive note there didn’t appear to be a slowing down or backward step to my progress.
Infact today before my lunch I was able to get on the bike and ride for 5 minutes without stopping, I even got completely off without any help. I realise that probably sounds like a nothing event to most people but rest assured that was absolutely amazing for me.
When everyday events are extremely difficult and absolutely wear me out, to experience positive effects as in today make me feel so good. I really am looking forward to my new year and new me..

Today is my 15th on this new regimen and what a big shock it’s been, in a very nice way. As per normal after I’d gone through the usual process of bathing, dressing and breakfast that includes my supplements, I was reading a book when I felt different. I don’t know exactly what it was but I just felt stronger than usual. So I went on a piece of equipment called a Power Plate that vibrates and forces involuntary tensing of the ancillary muscles in the legs. After 10 minutes I still felt good so maneuvered my way over to my stationary exercise bike. This was strange because I’ve never been able to use it in the year since it was bought. Getting on was difficult but the fact that i could and ride for a couple of minutes was amazing.
The above might not seem like anything special to most of you but for me it was quire amazing, what I’m doing is really working.
I’m not professing to have beaten MS just yet but I’m hopeful….

Part of the painful and often difficult process in healing is in removing the offending properties that have thrived in the perfect breeding ground for disease, the human body.
So on my 10th day of attempting to restore my organs and blood to a desirable state of health which was 4 days ago I experienced something called “die off” which is a period that can happen on several occasions and last for an indeterminate period. During that time I became extremely weak, so much so that it was really hard just to stand let alone move around. But I recognised it to be Die off and drank much more water than my usual 4 litres and went to bed. The next morning I felt good and in fact feel better than I have in the past three years.
This restorative process I’m on requires me to take in what has been identified as the vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and amino acids that have collectively be called “The Mighty 90”.
As I said I’m only on my 14th day and am more optimistic than at any time in my life with MS.
It’s a slow process to remove the “bad stuff” and enable the body to replenish and absorb the necessary nutrients and vitamins to move in the right direction.
I’m not professing to have beaten MS just yet but I’m hopeful….
