1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person’s lifetime.

What cancer cells feed on:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Note:Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells will starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes t o nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.

To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water–best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines will become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body’s own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Undecided..

I’m on 12 drops three times per day and I’m not absolutely certain of my personal commitment at this time. No I’m not feeling or experiencing any long term negative effects at this time per se, but the aftertaste is absolutely disgusting. Before I know it’s time to take my next drink I start to have doubts..its like a fear running through me knowing how much I’m going to hate the taste in my mouth seconds after I finish the 10 ounces of water flavoured with essence of dirty old unwashed vagrant sock…I’ve never had one of those but this is how I imagine it to be.

 

The gut ache is bad, it’s hard to take but it’s the aftertaste that’s doing me in at this time.

I suppose I should just accept that it’s helping to get the much needed oxygen into the cells which in turn is helping to expel the disease. Ridding my body of a so called incurable disease isn’t an easy thing to do. OK I accept that if it was easy then the medical fraternity would feel a lot easier  about it but because it tastes foul and feels like Mike Tyson is using my gut for a punch bag not that many will see it through.

 

As I’m saying and writing this I’m taunting myself…. I’m almost daring myself to stick with it, don’t be a wimp Stefan, the end result is going to be well worth it….. I hope…

 

Well the time is upon me, I’m going now to have it, you know….it..

 

Yeuk..had it and now gradually the taste is fading and the gut ache is getting stronger, I’m not sure if I should drink lots of water after, it may ease the pain and lessen the taste but it might also dilute and limit the efficacy  so I suppose I should wait and let the H202 do it’s job.

 

Reading about research done and results of others is one thing but at the end of the day I’m only going to know if I follow the protocol exactly myself so the logical side of me is prevailing, stop whinging and get on with it.

In 2009 when I first read the book “The one minute cure” by Dr Madison Cavanaugh I was working long days that started very early. I thought of reasons why I couldn’t stick with the plan exactly, looking back they were just excuses, I believe you can do anything if your “why” is strong enough. So no excuses..

One third of the way up..

Well looking back on the physical improvements I’m noticing daily is making me feel quite optimistic about the H2O2, today is 8 drops x three which is only a third of the maximum dose. The negative’s at this point are minor in comparison to the positives so I’ll not spend a great deal of time or energy on them other than saying the aftertaste is disgusting, almost indescribable. It isn’t noticeable while drinking, it’s a second or two after that the foul taste makes me shudder. This is minor in comparison to the pain in my gut that makes me double over, a bit like being punched in the solar plexus but its only temporary. Each day the pain lasts a second or two longer but it’s bearable.

 

So the more important positives, obviously I can only say the improvements are temporary because I’m in the process of taking it but hopefully the improvements will continue after I finish the program.

I’m seeing my GP in about 10 days so I’ll see if I can get a blood test, that would help make an informed judgement on my long term progress..

 

The improvements I’m feeling are minor to most people but these little things genuinely make me feel good. Starting with getting dressed, I’m finding it a lot easier maneuvering my legs etc, normally I have to physically lift my left leg and guide my foot into my shoe. The last couple of days I’ve been able to lift my leg and after a couple of attempts put my foot into the shoe…..yay.

 

I’m noticing greater stability especially walking while just resting my hand against the wall for balance, it might seem like nothing to you but rest assured it’s massive to me. I’m trying to do various exercises during the day, squats and leg raises mainly but I also do the yoga exercise called “the plank” which helps my core and shoulders.

 

I’m not sure why I’m feeling really weak in the evening, so much so that while stood at the worktop or sink  I’m finding it impossible to stay upright. I’ll be cutting fruit or poring water into a bottle and I feel so weak I bend at the waist. Slightly worrying but I then have my water, rock salt and honey microwaved for 31 seconds. Getting the salt into my bloodstream as quickly relieves this within 10 to 15 minutes.

 

Contrary to the misinformation being spread by western medicine, real salt not the bleached overly processed crap is extremely good for mankind in general regardless of someone’s health. Salt taken the way I’ve described above will help 99% of people.

 

I am drinking almost a gallon (4.4 litres) of water with sole (solay) everyday, 2 litres before I get out of bed in the morning, ½ litre is my H2O2. Now bearing in mind I have MS which doctors consider a life threatening incurable disease. My opinion, and the only one that matters to me is I have a disease called MS which is frustrating and limiting at this time. But I believe is temporary, it’s curable.

Well it’s 10 minutes to gut punching sweaty sock sucking time so I’ll say bye for now.

H2O2 6 drops x three

Considering I had a terrible night last night, still awake at 3.15 am which was more frustrating because it was my own fault. I’ve not slept without a sleep aide for over 20 years. So knowing that it was stupid of me to try and not give in till 3.o am.

At that point I was just getting frustrated with myself, tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable position. I must have sat up and checked emails 4 or 5 times until I eventually gave in and went to get an Advil PM, 15 mins later I was in cloud cuckoo land. Thats all well and good but it took me till 9 am to get out of bed. That put my timing out, I have my H2O2 first thing which today was 8.30, I can’t have breakfast for an hour after that. My 2nd dose is 3 hours later which will be between 12.30 and 1.0.

 

Ok its no big deal but I’d rather be done with all three by 4.30, anyway no more gripeing, so the subject line about trying to not be too excited?…..

Knowing I’ve felt a little frustrated with myself I’m also quite surprised by how good I’m feeling physically. I’m quite tired now because I’ve been walking around so much more than I normally could and I’ve been able to carry things at the same time..woohoo!!

 

I’m writing this at 11.30 but I’ll stop now and continue in a few hours, that way i’ll have had my 2nd dose and will have a better understanding of effects and symptoms etc.

 

Had my 2nd and still feeling good, normally moving around my flat probably looks a bit amusing to any onlookers although they are limited to mum,Suzie and Debs, I doubt they would laugh. So its a case of furniture or wall walking, no I don’t walk on them but I have to lean or hold them to negotiate getting from one room to another. But….but thats not exactly the case today, My stability and strength is better today, now it might be a “today” thing but it might just be that the H2O2 is having a positive effect.

 

Now its difficult to be specific as there are several things I’m doing that hopefully are having a positive effect. I’m a month into the Magnesium Chloride baths and large doses of the supplement. Its also nearly a month with Sphingolin Myelin Basic Protein, I personally think all three are making a difference. I know for a fact that XanGo is essential so I’ll continue that for as long as I can.

 

My daily supplements seem to make a difference, they are magnesium chloride, potassium, Vit D3, and a multi-vitamin tablet. On occasions over the years I’ve missed a day and felt bad, very weak and unstable so that has indicated to me they are a must..

 

On top of this I also fast one day each week, when I first read her book Patricia Bragg on fasting and apple cider vinegar I was a little doubtful I’d be able to do it as hypoglycemia would be my problem but luckily it never affected me that was. So from Sunday at 6 pm I start my fast through to 6 pm Monday, I must emphasise that during that time I drink a litre of water with Bragg ACV and 2 ½ litres of filtered water with sole made from himalayan crystal salt.

 

This probably sounds a bit strange and a bit long winded to most people but the alternative is to give up, be bed ridden and have no life whatsoever and there are 5 hopes of that happening…

Gut ache..

So today is 5 drops of H2O2 three times per day, I had my first at 6.30 a few minutes after waking, I suppose I shouldn’t think of the negative side but it’s difficult to ignore. I didn’t remember 5 drops being difficult to take when I originally tried this in 2009, I remembered that at 9 drops it was bad, the taste wasn’t good and it hurt my gut after drinking.

Because I initially thought it was a bit of a shock to the system I considered just having 3 x 3 drops for several days and moving up slowly but although I started on 3 drops yesterday the same as the previous day I increased it to 4 drops for the 2nd and 3rd dose.

 

After having the 5 drops this morning I almost immediately drank another 8 ozs of water which certainly eased the gut ache. It’s like being punched in the solar plexus, it hurts for a minute then eases off.

My next dose is in 15 minutes so I’ll stop now and continue later…

 

OK, I had my 2nd dose and again drank it in one go rather than sipping, I get a foul taste in my mouth whether I sip or down it in one, however drinking it in one go tends to be easier to mask the aftertaste by having several sips of water.

 

The gut ache is obviously worse but coping with that discomfort for 10 minutes is bearable knowing its helping me overall.

 

So how am I feeling? I will not rave about mega changes because that hasn’t happened however I have noticed very subtle changes. I had my mag chloride soak this morning and while in the bath I could sense the feeling in my toes was better, small and seemingly inconsequential it might seem but it made me feel really good. Getting out which I’ve mentioned before can be quite a challenge but this morning I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was.

 

The second dose tasted quite disgusting but after some more water and a ten minute wait I felt good. I am noticing I feel stronger and more stable so this is encouraging and strengthening my will to stick with it.

 

I was describing how difficult the everyday requirements are for me to my brill sister Suzie today. Just getting up off the sofa and going to the loo is hard. The weakness I feel in my legs makes me sad and frustrated, bearing in mind that before getting sick I was leg pressing 1,000 lbs. I’m sure there are readers that will doubt this but it is true.

 

I think because of the sports I’ve done, skydiving, scuba diving, hang gliding, mountain biking, rock climbing and flying small planes. I’m sure that along with having two amazing women in my life (mum and Suzie) has been influential in my determination which borders on arrogance and an unfailing belief in myself and beating this thing…

I want everyone that knows or knows of me to think of me as the guy that against all odds and logic actually overcame and totally eliminated MS from my body, please write a positive and congratulatory comment.

Hydrogen Peroxide..H2O2

Several years ago I came across a book written by Dr. Madison Cavanaugh called “The One Minute Cure”. The title really aroused my curiosity, there was a sample 5 pages that could be read which was very interesting and after reading it I bought and downloaded the book.

Over the next 2 hours I read the 119 pages twice and to be honest I was blown away by what she had to say and decided I’d follow her protocol and see if it could change my life.

She talked about Hydrogen Peroxide, H2O2 which I’m sure a lot of people will remember back in the day was used to dye hair, so how could H2O2 be used to cure disease?

She went on to explain that disease cannot live in an oxygenated environment and as many many of us have indulged by eating and drinking the wrong food and drinks it’s not surprising to learn that this could be part of the problem.

 

I have to make this very clear, what I describe here should not be taken as gospel, she describes in detail how H2O2 should be used and the potential results when followed correctly.

Anyway I ordered some from Amazon, making sure I got hydrogen peroxide 35% food grade and I’ve started using it.

The program is to start on 3 drops in 6-8 ozs of distilled water three times on the first day and to increase by one drop each day up to 25 drops then back down to 3 drops.

So going up and back down takes 45 days.

 

Now there are some very specific rules to follow that are extremely important, I’m not going to explain the details because I truly believe this needs to be done by Dr. Cavanaugh not me.

When I first bought her book I was working for Dr.Huggins in Colorado Springs, Co. It was very difficult for me to follow the protocol exactly because of my work schedule. Over 1,000,000 death’s in 10 years…

Why is this being ignored? if the headline in a national newspaper stated that  19,230 people were being killed every week in America wouldn’t you think there would be a public outcry for the killer be brought to justice and punished.

I personally think ignoring this is almost as bad as doing it, to me it’s condoning the action, saying “I know it’s wrong but… whatever”.

This is despicable yet more than 100,000 people every year are dying because they took a medication prescribed by their doctor that had been passed as safe by the FDA…. These people are the pawns of the pharmaceutical industry, there is a revolving door between the two. Work for big pharma in a senior position then spend a couple of years with the FDA. The lobbyists spend masses of money persuading, cajoling the right people to clear a drug to be used on uninformed sick people.

If you worked for a federal agency that was killing people at the rate of 100,000 a year, every year, like clockwork, and if you knew it, wouldn’t you feel compelled to say or do something about it?

At the FDA, which is, in fact, killing Americans at that rate, no one has ever felt the need to step forward and speak up.

Let’s shift the venue and ask the same question. If you were a medical reporter for a major media outlet in the US, and you knew the above fact, wouldn’t you make it a priority to say something, write something, do something?

I’m talking about people like Sanjay Gupta (CNN, CBS), Gina Kolata (NY Times), Tim Johnson (ABC News), and Thomas Maugh II (LA Times).

And with that, let’s go to the smoking guns. The citation is: BMJ June 7, 2012 (BMJ 2012:344:e3989). Author, Jeanne Lenzer.

Lenzer refers to a report by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices: “It calculated that in 2011 prescription drugs were associated with two to four million people in the US experiencing ‘serious, disabling, or fatal injuries, including 128,000 deaths.’”

The report called this “one of the most significant perils to humans resulting from human activity.”

And here is the final dagger. The report was compiled by outside researchers who went into the FDA’s own database of “serious adverse [medical-drug] events.”

Therefore, to say the FDA isn’t aware of this finding would be absurd. The FDA knows. The FDA knows and it isn’t saying anything about it, because the FDA certifies, as safe and effective, all the medical drugs that are routinely maiming and killing Americans.

Previously, I have documented that the FDA knows; because the FDA has a page on its own website that admits 100,000 people are killed every year by medical drugs, and two million more people are severely injured by the drugs. And for the past five years or so, I have been writing about and citing a published report by the late Dr. Barbara Starfield that indicates 106,000 people in the US are killed by medical drugs every year. Her report, “Is US health really the best in the world?”, was published in the Journal of American Medical Association on July 26, 2000.

Since the Department of Homeland Security is working its way into every nook and corner of American life, hyper-extending its mandate to protect all of us from everything, why shouldn’t I go along with Janet Napolitano’s advice: see something, say something.

This is what I see and this is what I’m saying. Maybe DHS would like to investigate the FDA as a terrorist organization.

How many smoking guns do we need before a sitting president shuts down the FDA buildings, fumigates the place, and prosecutes very large numbers of FDA employees?

Do we need 100,000 smoking guns every year? Do we need relatives of the people who’ve all died in the span of merely a year, from the poisonous effects of FDA-approved medical drugs, to bring their corpses to the doors of FDA headquarters?

And let me ask another question. If instead of drugs like warfarin, dabigatran, levofloxacin, carboplatin, and lisinopril (the five leading killers in the FDA database), the 100,000 deaths per year were led by gingko, ginseng, vitamin D, niacin, and raw milk, what do you think would happen?

I’ll tell you what would happen. SEALS, Delta Force, SWAT teams, snipers, predator drones, tanks, and infantry would be attacking every health-food store in America. The resulting fatalities would be written off as necessary collateral damage in the fight to keep America safe and healthy.

All those phony stories in the press, reported dutifully by so-called medical reporters? The stories about maybe-could-be-possible-miracle breakthroughs just over the horizon of state-of-the-art medical research? Those stories are there to obscure the very, very hard facts of medically-caused death on the ground.

The buck stops at the FDA.

Except in the real world, it doesn’t. Which tells you something about the so-called real world and how much of it is composed of propaganda.

Here is the situation. No medical drug in the US can be released for public use unless and until the FDA says it is safe and effective. That’s the rule. The FDA is spitting out drug approvals month after month and year after year, and the drugs are routinely killing 100,000 people a year and maiming two million more, which adds up to a million deaths per decade and 20 million maimings per decade. The FDA and the federal government are doing nothing about it, even though they know what’s going on. This is mass murder. Not accidental death. Murder. A holocaust.

Memo to self..

Memo to self….”When you feel better in the morning it doesn’t mean you can walk as if you are healthy”….

Ok so I woke with the sunrise, normal for me, I sat up and started on my litre and a half of water and checked emails. After that which normally takes an hour or so I got up and started running my bath with 6 cups of magnesium chloride. I made sure it was only warm not hot.

Moving around without shoes on tends to be very tentative maneuvers as I’m always worried about twisting my ankle or breaking a toe….again.

But this morning I just felt stronger and more stable than I usually do, I was able to move around without holding the walls and furniture so I felt more confident.

I soaked for just over an hour,  I thought that having the water at a cooler temperature was ok for me to soak longer and allow the mag chloride to be absorbed. So getting up out the bath which sometimes can be quite a challenge was actually very easy today. After drying myself and getting dressed I didn’t feel worn out as I sometimes do, in fact I felt positively good.

Ok this is where the memo should be in the form of a bright yellow Post-it note stuck to my forehead because the internal muscle memory overrode the common sense and logic as I walked around as if I was healthy. Well the first two steps were like that but the third seemed to forget that the legs also have to move not just the upper body.

The first time I was in the kitchen getting water, the stumble was just that, a stumble with the worktops breaking my fall.

I started working on my laptop for an hour and rested my legs until there was a knock at the door, being the dummkopf  I am  (half german) I leapt up, sort of, and made for the front door in what sort of resembled a dislocated puppet motion. As I cleared the doorway into the hall, attempting to look normal, I started to fall face first into the doorframe of the bathroom. The Spiderman in me managed to twist sufficiently so it was my back that struck the door frame not my face and amazingly I didn’t break a leg or an arm. Now at this point I still wanted to open the door and look cool or at least unhurt. When I did there was no one there just a parcel on the floor. I don’t know if the person delivering it heard all the commotion and banging and decided they didn’t want to feel bad or they had caused it. If you are reading this and you delivered my XanGo please rest assured it was my fault and no one else.

Anyway, apart from that minor incident I’m perfectly ok, I am feeling better than I have in a long time.

Medium Chain Fatty Acids…

For many years I’ve used and told many thousands of people about the benefits of using coconut oil and coconut milk, I try to have a teaspoon of organic coconut oil if not daily then as frequently as possible. Part of my reasons to not have it daily comes down to the price in this country which has a lot to do with it’s lack of popularity. This has a lot to do with the purposely spread misinformation from the uninformed or those simply looking for big profits by selling inferior oils like soybean.

Unlike most other oils, coconut oil is abundant in three fatty acids,  Lauric acid, Caprylic acid and Capric acid. When lauric acid is present in the body, it is converted into monolaurin, a monoglyceride compound which exhibits antiviral, antimicrobial, antiprotozoal and antifungal properties. It acts by disrupting the lipid membranes in organisms like fungus, bacteria and viruses, thus destroying them.

Caprylic acid and capric acid assist in these actions.

A 2009 study published in the Journal Lipids consisted of testing the effects of either 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or 2 tablespoons of soybean on a group of 40 women over the span of 28 days.

 

Results showed that the group that ate the coconut oil had a decrease in abdominal fat, while the soybean oil group actually showed a slight increase in belly fat.  Additionally, the group that ate the coconut oil showed increased HDL ‘good’ cholesterol levels, while the soybean oil group had decreased HDL cholesterol and increased LDL ‘ bad’ cholesterol.

 

The Journal of Nutrition published a study where researchers investigated all studies relative to medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs) that are abundant in coconut fat and weight management. The studies showed that diets rich in fats such as those found in coconut oil prompted a boost in metabolism, increase in energy, decrease in food consumption, reduced body weight and lower body fat mass. The study authors highly recommend using oils that contain MCFAs, such as coconut oil, as a tool to drop extra abdominal fat, manage a healthy weight, and even as a way to treat obesity.

 

Yet another study that assessed body weight and fat storage relative to three different types of diets including a low-fat diet, high-fat diet with long chain fatty acids (LCFAs)  and a high fat diet with MCFAs. In order to bring about weight gain, caloric intakes were adjusted for the diets. At the end of the research period (which lasted 44 days), the low-fat diet group stored an average of 0.47 grams of fat per day, the LCFA group stored 0.48 grams of fat per day, and the MCFA group only stored a mere 0.19 grams per day (despite purposely increasing calories).  Those in the MCFA group (coconut fat) had a 60 percent reduction in body fat stored compared to the other diets.

Another added bonus of consuming organic coconut oil (and coconut cream or milk) is that it tends to make us feel fuller for longer.Studies indicate that MCFAs help increase feelings of fullness and lead to a reduction in calorie intake when compared to the same amount of calories from other fats. When MCFAs are metabolized, ketone bodies are created in the liver – these have been shown to have a strong appetite reducing effect helping you to lose fat faster.

Cholesterol, Fluoride, Sugar and Vaccines..

I’m sure there are some people that see my posts and think “oh here he goes again” and I know I do harp on about one toxic material or another, it might be a foodstuff or drug pertaining to be safe and helpful.

I’ve always been conscious of foods and health in general but it was in 07 when I started working for Dr.Huggins that I had my eyes truly opened to the “money grabbing, don’t give a damn who it hurts” world of the pariahs otherwise known as the pharmaceutical industry and the American Dental Association (ADA). The ADA influence every other dental association in the world.

I don’t know which is worse between the 4 subject’s, in some ways it isn’t the makers of the crap, it could be the advertisers who seem oblivious to the fact that they are creating the compelling arguments and airing them on primetime TV.

It just emphasizes that it’s not “right or wrong” that matters it’s simply a case of money talks.

 

Cholesterol is a huge business and like the others is massively profitable, if big pharma spend millions on developing a Statin drug, then as much promoting it. It becomes a financially viable option to set aside 10 or 20 million to pay compensation to the thousands who make a claim. Lots of money but small potatoes in comparison to the billions they make in profits.

Sadly these people can spend a phenomenal amount on TV, Radio and published ads that slowly but surely brainwash the public and that includes medical professionals.

Cholesterol is good….period.

HDL, LDL and VLDL all have a very specific role to play.

25% of the dry weight of the brain is cholesterol.

23% of the cell membrane of your red blood cell is cholesterol, without it they couldn’t flex and contort to pass along the tiny capillaries which would just result in local necrosis and heart attack or stroke.

Cholesterol is the 2nd biggest natural detoxifier in the body, Albumin, part of the red blood cells is the biggest.

 

Fluoride….In the USA most fluoride is imported from China in the form of Sodium Fluoride, a by product, a waste product that is generated from Aluminium smelting.

As I said the advertising companies are very clever, they can put together an Ad that pulls at the heart strings. People watch an ad on TV and are completely fooled into believing that fluoride helps prevent cavities, yes, thats partially true but not the whole story. The amount of fluoride in a squeeze on your toothbrush is 34 times greater than the safe amount for an adult. I remember as a teenager I really liked the taste of a spearmint flavoured toothpaste and swallowing a small amount. It nearly choked me so I didn’t do it again, luckily.

If a toddler swallowed the amount you put on your toothbrush it could kill them, not the toothpaste per se but the amount of fluoride in it.

 

Sugar…Sugar is the most toxic foodstuff  known to man and has no inherent nutritional value whatsoever, other than being a source of glucose. Indulging in refined sugar not only shoots up your blood glucose, it also suppresses hunger so that every indulgence in sugar keeps you from eating food that is genuinely nutritious. There is probably no other commonly eaten food or combination of foods as completely lacking in vitamin and mineral content as refined sugar.

 

Vaccines……The subject of vaccines probably upset me more than anything really,

I think this is because parents are told to vaccinate newborn babies multiple times in their first year of life, this is a critical time for the growth and development of the child’s natural immune system.

Just some of the problems that have been proven to be closely linked to childhood vaccines.
