Butter versus Margarine

From a health standpoint, there is an enormous difference between eating butter and margarine. The only reason to choose margarine would be that you actually prefer the taste to that of butter, and budget is limited. If you don’t want to eat butter for whatever reason, don’t make it worse by eating margarine. With margarine you are just adding one more toxic factor into your bodily environment-a factor that could easily be avoided.

When viewed under a microscope margarine is very close to plastic in its composition, so would you spread plastic on your bread, I don’t think so.

If you were to leave a tub of margarine and a tub of butter in your garden for a few days, what you’d find is that all the butter had been consumed by insects and animals. Whereas the margarine would be untouched even animals and insects wouldn’t touch it.

So I ask you to look differently at the ad’s promoting the plastic they want you to believe is edible, ok yes it is edible but it’s certainly not healthy.

Even though butter should never be avoided due to its cholesterol content, its effect on cholesterol levels cannot be understood independent of one’s toxin levels. When patients underwent the removal of dental toxicity, their elevated cholesterol levels would routinely drop in spite of the fact that they were being encouraged to east as much butter and as many eggs on a daily basis as they desired. Cholesterol-laden foods raise the blood cholesterol levels only when toxins are present that need neutralization or inactivation.

In his impressive book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, Dr, Weston A Price D.D.S. repeatedly made the same correlations between choice of foods and maintenance(or recovery) of healthy.

The inclusion of modern processed foods of the “civilized” populations of the world, refined sugar and white flour, consistently destroyed the dental and general health of a wide variety of isolated populations that Dr. Price studied in the early 1930’s. Dr. Price personally observed the eating habits and health of fourteen isolated groups of people in Switzerland, Africa, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Polynesia and North America. He found that simple, unrefined foods sustained health. Raw butter and other raw dairy foods produced from properly raised cows and goats would often single handedly reverse advanced diseases in the individuals who were able to quite eating sugar and white flour. It should be noted that Dr. Price never observed total vegetarianism among any of the healthy groups, although they all ate meat far less frequently than most Americans do today.

Margarine is a creation of the scientific laboratory, really bears no resemblance to butter, except in appearance. And this appearance is due to the yellow dye that is added to the white margarine to convince consumers that they really are consuming legitimate substitute for butter.

Incredibly in the 1930’s, margarine was actually sold with a packet of yellow dye that the consumer could mix in with the margarine to complete the butter masquerade. Today’s margarines are commonly based on a number of cheap oils, including soybean, corn canola and cottonseed oils. These oils typically have had all the nutrient value extracted or processed out of them. Nearly all the protein, minerals, lecithin and other desirable natural components have been removed. Most of the vitamins are also gone.

To make matters worse, the oil that is used to make margarine is first typically hydrogenated to turn in from a liquid into a solid, forming many toxic substances in the process. Margarine then ends up with a large amount of what is known as trans-Fatty acids in them. These trans-fatty acids have been associated with increased disease and compromise of the cardiovascular system, immune system and reproductive system.

Butter, when it comes from a quality source, maintains a high food value. Even when coming from pasteurized cream, butter still maintains a positive food value. In sharp contrast to pasteurized milk and other pasteurized products. Perhaps an additional benefit of butte that is less recognized is that its increased use in cooking also keeps us consuming less of the toxically produced and commonly consumed seed and vegetable oils.

While this may be a bit of an oversimplification, I maintain that limiting yourself to oil and butter in your cooking is the healthy way to go. Few other readily readily available oils are without some degree of toxicity. Remember that margarine is at least one source of toxicity that you can easily eliminate from your daily diet.

Disorders of the digestive system

The alimentary tract of the digestive system maintains the following four main activities: ingestion, digestion, absorption and elimination.

The alimentary canal begins in the mouth, leads through the thorax, abdomen and pelvic region and ends in the anus. When you eat a meal, a series of digestive processes begin to take place. These can be divided into the mechanical breakdown of food through mastication and the chemical breakdown of food through enzymes.

Enzymes are minute chemical substances composed of proteins that cause or speed up chemical changes in other substances, without themselves being changed. Digestive enzymes are contained in the saliva of the salivary glands of the mouth, the gastric juice in the stomach, the intestinal juice in the pancreas and the bile in the liver.

Absorption is the process by which tiny nutrient particle of digested food pass through the intestinal walls into the blood and lymph vessels, which help distribute them to the cell of the body.

The bowels eliminate as feces whatever food substances they cannot digest or absorb, such as the plant fib4er cellulose. Fecal matter also contains bile, which carries the waste products resulting from the breakdown of red blood cells. Nearly one third of the excreted fecal matter is made up of dead intestinal bacteria. The body can function smoothly and efficiently only if the bowel removes these dily generated waste products every day.

Good health results when each of these major activities in the digestive system is balanced and well coordinated with the rest of the body. By contrast, abnormalities begin to arise in the digestive system as well as in other parts of the body when one or more of the functions becomes impaired. The presence of gallstones in the liver and gallbladder has a disruptive influence of the digestion and absorption of food, as well as on the body’s waste disposal system.

Diseases of the mouth

Gallstones in the liver and gallbladder are also responsible for most disease of the mouth. The stones interfere with the digestion and absorption of food which, in turn forces waste products meant for elimination to remain in the inte3rstinal tract. The storage of waste in the intestines creates a toxic, anaerobic environment that supports breeding of destructive germs and parasites and undermines preservation of healthy, resilient tissues.

Bacterial infection (thrush) and vial infection (herpes) in the mouth occur only when the intestines have accumulated considerable amounts of undigested waste matter. Destructive bacteria attempt to decompose some of the waste, but not without producing powerful toxins. Some of these toxins are absorbed into the blood and lymph fluids, which carry them to the liver. The rest of the toxins remain trapped in the intestines, where they are a constant source of irritation to the intestinal lining (which begins in the mouth and ends in the anus). Eventually, the intestinal wall becomes inflaned and develops ulcerous lesions.

The damaged intestinal tissue begins to “invite” more and more microbes to the scene of injury to help destroy and dispose of any weak and damaged cells.

We call this “infection”.

Infection is a normal phenomenon seen everywhere in nature whenever there is something that needs to be decomposed. Bacteria never attack-that is, infect something that is as clean, vital and healthy as a well nourished fruit hanging on a tree. Only when the fruit becomes overripe, lacks nourishment or falls to the ground can bacteria begin their clean up job. While decomposing food or flesh, bacteria produce toxins. You can recognize these toxins by their unpleasant odor and acidic nature. The same occurs when bacteria act on improperly digested food in the intestines. If this situation takes place day after day and month after month, the resulting toxins will lead to symptoms.

The importance of bile.

As already mentioned, one of the liver’s most important functions is to produce bile, about 1 to 1.5 quarts per day. Liver bile is viscous yellow, brown or green fluid that is alkaline and has a bitter taste. Without sufficient bile, most commonly eaten foods remain undigested or partially digested. For example, to enable the small inte3stines to digest and absorb fat and calcium from the food you eat, the food must first combine with bile. When fat is not absorbed properly, it indicates that bile secretion is insufficient. The undigested fat remains in the intestinal tract. When undigested fat reaches the colon along with the other waste products, bacteria break down some of the fat into fatty acids or excrete it with the stool. Since fat is lighter that water, having fat in the stool may cause it to float. When fat is not absorbed, calcium is not absorbed either, leaving blood in a deficit. The blood subsequently takes its extra calcium from the bones. Most bone dentistry problems (osteoporosis) actually arise from insufficient bile secretion and poor digestion of fats rather than from not consuming enough calcium. Few medical practitioners are aware of this fact and hence, merely prescribe calcium supplements to their patients.

Apart from breaking down the fats in our food, bile also removes toxins from the liver. One of the lesser known but extremely important functions of bile is to deacidify and cleanse the intestines.

When gallstones in the liver or gallbladder have critically impeded bile flow, the color of the stool may be tan or orange-yellow or pale as in clay, instead of the normal greenish-brown.

Gallstones are a direct product of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. If gallstones are still present in the liver even after all other disease causing factors are eliminated, the pose a considerable health risk and may lead to illness and premature aging. For this reason the subject has been included her as a major risk factor or cause of disease. A healthy liver receives and filters pints of blood per minute and produces 1 to 1.5 quarts of bile every day. This ensures that all the activities in the liver and in the rest of the body run smoothly and efficiently. Obstructive gallstones greatly undermine the liver’s ability to detoxify any externally supplied and internally generated harmful substances.

These stones also prevent the liver from delivering the proper amounts of nutrients and energy to the right places in the body to the right places in the body at the right time. This upsets the delicate balance in the body, known as homeostasis, thus leading to disruption of its systems and undue stress on it’s organs.

A clear example of such ia disturbed balance is an increased concentration of the endocrine hormones estrogen and aldosterone in the blood. These hormones, produced in both men and women are responsible for the correct amount of salt and water retention. When stones congest the gallbladder and the liver’s bile ducts, these hormones may not be sufficiently broken down and detoxified. Hence, their concentration in the blood rises to abnormal levels, causing tissue swelling and water retention. Most oncologists consider elevated estrogen levels to be the leading cause of breast cancer among women, I men, high levels of this hormone. In men, high levels of these hormones can lead to both excessive development of breast tissue and weight gain.

Over 60% of the American population is overweight of obese. Men, women and children in the condition suffer mainly from fluid retention (with relatively minor fat accumulation). The retained fluids help tap and neutralize noxious substances that the liver can no longer remove from the body. This helps the overweight or obese person to survive a major, possibly fatal, toxicity crisis such as a heart attack, septic poisoning, or massive infection. The side effects of fluid retention in the tissues, however, is that it causes these toxins and other harmful waste matter(metabolic waste and dead cell material) to accumulate in various parts of the body and further congest the pathways of circulation and elimination.

Wherever in the body the storage capacity for toxins and waste is exceeded, symptoms of illness begin to occur.

Gallstones in the liver, a major health risk.

Think of the liver as a large city with thousands of houses and streets. There are underground pipes for delivering water, oil and gas. Sewage systems and garbage trucks remove the city’s waste products. Power lines deliver energy tot eh homes and businesses. Factories, transport systems, communication networks and stores meet the daily requirement of the residents. The organization of city life is such that it can provide all that it needs for the continued existence of the population. But if a major strike , a power outage, a devastating earthquake or a major act of terrorism such as 9/11, suddenly paralyses city life, the population will begin to suffer serious shortages in all these vital sectors.

Like a city’s infrastructure, the liver has hundreds of different functions and is connected with every part of the body. Every moment of the day it’s involved in manufacturing, processing and supplying vast amounts of nutrients. These nutrients feed the 60 to 100 trillion inhabitants (cells) of the body.

Each cell is, in itself, a microscopic city of immense complexity, with billions of chemical reaction per second. To sustain the incredibly diverse activities of all the cells of the body without disruption, the liver must supply them with a constant stream of nutrients, enzymes and hormones. With its intricate labyrinth or veins, ducts and specialized cells, the liver needs to be completely unobstructed in order to maintain a problem free production line and frictionless distribution system throughout the body.

The liver is the main organ responsible for distributing and maintaining the body’s fuel supply. Furthermore, its activities include the breaking down of complex chemicals and the synthesis of protein molecules. Te liver acts as a cleansing device; it also deactivates the hormones, alcohol and medicinal drugs, Its task is to modify these biologically active substances s o that they lose the potentially harmful effects- a process known as detoxification. Specialized cells in the liver’s blood vessels (Kupfler cells) mop up harmful elements and infectious organisms reaching the liver from the gut. The liver excretes the waste materials resulting from the actions via its bile duct network.

Cholesterol

I think there is more misinformation about cholesterol than anything else, the
average person has been duped and mislead into thinking that cholesterol is
bad, it’s actually a saint not a sinner.

There really isn’t bad cholesterol; yes there are types of cholesterol but not just
two as is often thought.

HDL
is high density lipoproteins

LDL
is low density lipoproteins

VLDL
is very low density lipoproteins and they all have a place, they have a valid
reason to be in the body.

The body manufactures around 60% of the cholesterol it needs to function, so you
require the other 40% from foods. As vegetables do not contain cholesterol your
body needs to get it from an animal diet.

Cholesterol is the second biggest natural detoxifier in the body, Albumin being the
biggest. So when you are exposed to toxins either through your diet or some
other avenue the cholesterol sets about neutralizing them.

I suppose that it’s fair to say that cholesterol is guilty by association, if you
did a survey of the accidents in your local city you’d find that every time
there was a vehicle accident, there was also an ambulance present. It would it be fair to suggest that the
ambulance was the common denominator, but unfair to say that the ambulance was
the guilty party when it came to vehicle accidents. No, the ambulance was there
because of the accident and the same applies to cholesterol. As the second
biggest natural detoxifier it rushes in to protect you and eliminate the
toxins, but what happens is the medical profession see you have high
cholesterol in their opinion and give you a statin drug.

The statin artificially lowers your cholesterol and enables the toxins to run riot,
you suffer a heart attack or stroke and the doctor says,” I’m sorry it was just because of your high cholesterol, we prescribed
an anticcholestrol medication but the cholesterol was too high and we couldn’t
get it down quick enough”.

This is a load of rubbish, cholesterol is there to help you, God didn’t put us on this planet
to commit suicide, he gave us all we need to survive and thrive, but sadly the
greedy amongst us have provided lots of tasty appealing treats. But those
treats cause problems in our body, so we are told about options that supposedly
help. They don’t help really; they just put a band aid on the problem.

In the book “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration” written by Dr. Weston A Price, he
found that as the volume of fats in the diet went down , the race degenerated,
he said that the people with the best overall health around the world had about 40% fat in their
diet. He monitored the cholesterol and triglyceride levels for almost twenty
years and found that there is no relationship between the amount of fats in the
diet and the serum level of fats.

Cholesterol makes up approximately 25% of the dry weight of the brain, and at least 23% of
the cell membrane of the red blood cells, without this they wouldn’t be able to
flex and contort and get through the tiny capillaries resulting in local
necrosis , in the brain this is known as a stroke.

I mentioned butter before as an essential ingredient to the diet, Dr. Huggins has
recommended as much as a quarter pound of butter daily. The reason for this is
that the intestinal tract is essentially a giant fat soluble membrane.

Nutrients appear to be absorbed better across a fat soluble membrane when they are in conjunction
with fats. Butter supplies this form of fat. Dr. Huggins noted that when
overweight people change from margarine to butter they tend to lose weight very
easily. The reason for this may be that the body is actually hungry for
nutrients, so as the nutrients are absorbed via the mechanism of fat, the
hunger desire is satisfied more easily. Another point to make here is that fats
are fats and oils are oils, they are similar but not the same.

A very interesting and valid point to also make in regards to margarine, when you
break down margarine into its cellular form you’ll find it is very similar to plastic…

If you place an open tub of margarine in your garden and next to it place an open
tub of butter, then leave them for a week You’ll find all of the butter has
gone but the margarine is still intact. Even insects know its bad and won’t
touch it.

When margarine was originally created it was as a fattening agent for turkeys, the
turkeys wouldn’t’ touch it. The creators had spent millions and millions in
development. When the turkeys ignored this costly fact the manufacturers had to
do something, so they added a coloring agent to make it look more like butter
and sold it for human consumption..

The HDL has a very influential role to play in protection against heart disease
amongst other things; HDL is from the cholesterol fraction of the blood the LDL
from the cholesterol and triglyceride fraction while the VLDL only from the
triglyceride fraction. LDL and VLDL combine in the liver with Bilirubin to
produce bile which is essential in metabolizing foods. When this isn’t done correctly,
food is not synthesized or absorbed correctly, resulting in gallstones in the
liver and gallbladder.

Andreas Moritz PhD explains how gallstones are formed in the liver and gallbladder in
his book listed below. I found it to be a very interesting book and was totally
amazed to discover the prevalence of liver and gallbladder problems in America
today. I had heard about people having an operation to have gallstones removed.
I really had no idea that most people have gallstones but aren’t aware of the problems
yet. Moritz talks about not just having a gallstone or ten or twenty gallstones
but how some people can have as many as 20,000 gallstones. Yes you read that
correctly, 20,000 gallstones.

He details in his book how gallstones are formed and more importantly goes into
great detail on how to remove them, without an operation.

How this can be done from home relatively
painlessly over a six day period, this is a great book to read, I bought my
copy as an e-book from Barnes and Noble for $9.95.

Back to cholesterol, statistically there are far more problems with having low
cholesterol than high cholesterol, more people suffer from stroke when their
cholesterol is below 160 mg% and more people die of cancer when their
cholesterol is below 150 mg%.

Studies have shown other significant problems such as depression and leading to
suicide. There are many cases of vandalism and hooliganism, fighting and bad
behavior due to low cholesterol.

Two very well respected medical professionals on this subject are Thomas E Levy,
MD, JD and Hal Huggins, MS, DDS, their work differs slightly in the correct
level but both show proof that it should be higher than your traditional doctor
is recommending in keeping your cholesterol below 175 mg%.

Huggins’grand mentor was Melvin Page DDS who suggests a level of 221 mg% while Levy
talks about 240-250 mg%.

When I met Dr. Huggins in 2007 I had a blood test for the Huggins recovery program
and was shocked to find my cholesterol was at 274 mg%. Doc suggested that I eat
more eggs and butter to remedy that problem.

You can imagine the shocked look on my face at hearing this; however I followed his
advice and ate 2 eggs and large amounts of butter each day. Two weeks later I
had another blood test and was very pleasantly surprised to see my cholesterol
was down to 238 mg%. Yes that happened in only two weeks, you have probably
heard from your doctor that when your cholesterol is high you’ll have to go on
a statin drug and probably be on that medication for life.

One of my first questions to Dr. Huggins was “how do you raise your cholesterol if
it’s too low, he replied with “eat two eggs per day and a quarter pound of
butter” I then asked “how do you lower it if it’s too high” when he told me the
same thing “eat two eggs and a quarter pound of butter” I was a little shocked
to say the least.

Your body will find the natural, healthy level for cholesterol.

Calcium follow up..

Calcium..part two…

Many people ask the question about calcium and a good form to put into your body, the calcium you buy from your local health store is more than likely calcium that is inorganic, meaning it has no place in your body.

Calcium from dolomite, is rock and inorganic, calcium from bone, someone or something else’s is dead and unable to provide you with any benefit at all. Calcium from coral is also inorganic so will do nothing other than prevent your body from absorbing the organic, necessary form of this vital nutrient.

The only form of calcium that will help you comes from the earth, vegetable’s provide your body with the an abundance of calcium, broccoli and lettuce to name a couple.

Most people will think that the function of calcium in the body is related to hair, teeth and bones. Yes it is one of the requirements your body has for calcium but certainly not the main one.

When you move a limb or body part, even blinking and eye or pointing a finger requires a conscious or subconscious action, you don’t think about blinking or scratching an itch, you just do it. Your brain say’s move an arm or start walking and the part of your body carries out the action.

The command travels from your brain along a very complex network of nerves, the nerves are not just seamless strands, they have breaks in them. In order for the signal to travel along the network it has to jump across the break, this is where calcium comes into play. An explosion happens, a synapse that enables the signal to jump across the break and continue it’s journey to the specific limb or body part. This signal takes second’s, microseconds, nanoseconds to happen so it appears seamless to you, this synapse, the explosion requires a combination of different elements in the correct ratio to each other. Magnesium, Manganese, Sodium and Calcium are four major components.

So eating foods, good organic foods and masticating (chewing) them properly to activate the necessary enzymes for the body to absorb and assimilate is so important.

I want you to take a few minutes thinking about your health or that of a loved one or friend. Are you/they healthy, do you eat the right foods, do you chew your food? I ask you to seriously think about what is happening in your life, since I came to America from England ten years ago. One thing that stood out almost more than anything else was the natural tendency of normal people to reach for a pill when something wasn’t right. It seems that because of TV and media advertising, most people are brainwashed into taking pills. It’s become a standard nowadays to accept ill health and take pills to address the symptom rather than looking deeper, look for the cause and stop eating or drinking or smoking it.

Some will look upon this post as a bit “out there” or “new age” or “too religious” but God didn’t put us on this planet to be sick, He wants us all to be healthy and live in abundance.

The majority of illness these days is man made, yes man made…

It isn’t that research is so much more advanced and that is why disease has been discovered, no, it’s been made and named by the pharmaceutical giants, who’s only intention is to make more profit from the demise of the uninformed.

I have to say this, to make it known to the general public, I maybe a very small itch to these terrible people, but I hope I can help people, even one person to find health again.

Hopefully my input will not be considered too much of a problem to them and I will be able to continue doing what I love.

Calcium…

I want to talk about calcium, not calcium that you are
constantly encouraged to take in an inorganic form but calcium in an organic
form that is helpful, actually, very necessary for a healthy body to function.

Firstly let’s look at the tissue in your body; there are two
types of tissue, healthy and unhealthy. I know which type is more desirable if
given the choice, however, we as 21st century humans are constantly
bombarded by the media to consume a form of calcium that doesn’t have a
positive effect in the body, in fact it has the opposite effect.

The correct form of calcium is a direct supplier of
electrons to the energy factories in our body which are mitochondria, mitochondria
then manufacture the ATP which is then converted into ADP, the necessary
energy, or fuel for the body.

The incorrect calcium, the inorganic or non-biological calcium,
comes in the form of dolomite (rock), bone meal, oyster shell or coral calcium.
This form does not transport electrons so, if anything will work against your
own body and undermine its ability to heal itself

If you watch TV or read magazines, which I suppose 95% of
the population do, you will have seen commercials or advertisements for calcium
in one form or another. In the main, these commercials and ads promote calcium
in a contaminated form. This cannot carry electrons as they have been altered
by the food industry, I’m not saying they have done this to harm you, but it’s
been done to enable their product to have a longer shelf life or has been
diluted of its active nutritional benefits.

When working for Dr Huggins, I regularly talked with clients
boasting of how many supplements they consumed every day. Most would tell me
about the calcium they took but also complained because they were still very
unhealthy. This only emphasized that just taking supplements, without knowing
specifically what your body needs is not the right thing to do. There is only
one way of knowing this, in my humble opinion, and that is to have your blood
tested and the results interpreted by someone that understands body chemistry.
That being said my recommendation is to call Huggins Applied Healing and use
the Assist program, this way your chemistry’s would be analyzed. You will
receive a 120 page document detailing the imbalance in your chemistry’s and
most importantly, how to address this imbalance.

I must point out that at this time I have no connection
physically or financially to Huggins Applied Healing: The above is purely my
opinion based on the more than three years of working for Dr Huggins.

Brain waves: Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta…

Brain Waves: Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, what do they mean, and
when do we have them? When you’re awake and totally active, your brain waves
operate at a level called Beta where they mainly oscillate between 14 to
30 cycles per second. As your mind relaxes and disconnects somehow from the
external material world – like when you’re daydreaming or meditating, or
watching a movie – you enter a more focused, expanded state of awareness where
brain wave patterns are mainly composed of Alpha brain waves oscillating
at between 8 and 13 cycles per second. When relaxing even more, your mind
enters a region that correlates with a large relative quantity of brain wave
patterns of 4 to 7 cycles per second. This is the Theta zone of the
mind.

The Beta level corresponds to a focus of concentration by the mind upon the
outside or perceptually separated world, and the Alpha and Theta levels
correspond to a more internally focused, self-reflective state.

Each human being experiences the Theta level for a fleeting moment every night
before the mind dips down from the Beta level of awareness (awake state), to
the Delta state (brain waves of less than 4 cycles per second: deep
sleep), and passes rapidly through the Alpha and Theta states to enter the
profound sleep level, where consciousness of self is totally lost, and where
even dreams do not occur. (When dreaming, a sense of self is necessary and the
mind has to go back up to the Theta or Alpha state.)

Delta is the level of the mysterious universal mind. It is the level at which
the differentiated self (ego) expands to become undifferentiated and operates
outside of the confines of linear time/space.

Alpha, Theta and Delta (sleep) are defined as “altered states of
consciousness,” as opposed to Beta, which is considered to be a fully
conscious state. They are so called because it is necessary to alter one’s
state of consciousness from the fully awake state (Beta), to either Alpha,
Theta or Delta (sleep), which are all progressive states of expanded awareness
and thus are subject to less vibratory interference from the biological brain.

Beta is the so-called conscious level of mind. Alpha and Theta form the
subconscious regions of the mind’s operation, and Delta is the unconscious
region of thought activity. These states form the spectrum of mind operation.

Small children function mainly at the Theta, Alpha and Delta states of mind, as
do animals. Human adults operate mostly at Beta.

Amalgam fillings…

A comment I read on Facebook the other day posted by someone I have a great deal of respect for suggested that everyone have their amalgams replaced. This is a good idea, however having them replaced by just any dentist or an IAOMT dentist is not a good idea, in fact it’s downright dangerous.

An IAOMT dentist can be someone that has a reasonably good idea that mercury (the main component of an amalgam filling) is deadly and over time will emit copious amounts of a lethal form of mercury vapor.

There is only one safe way of doing this and that is not by an IAOMT dentist, they know part of the process but are not familiar with the most crucial part which is sequential removal. This is a bit like letting an 18 yr old who’s just passed their driving test, take control of and enter a NASCAR race.

To this day there are still millions of amalgam fillings every year being placed into the teeth of unsuspecting people in the US alone, even though the rest of the world or at least Europe has outlawed these killers. I’m not being overly dramatic when I describe them as killers because long term that’s just what they are.

An Amalgam filling is an amalgamation of dissimilar metals; prior to 1976 they consisted of 52% mercury, zinc, copper, tin and maybe 8-10% silver. So when the dentist tells you he is going to put a silver filling in your tooth/teeth quite frankly it’s a blatant lie…Its mercury primarily. Mercury is the most toxic non radioactive substance on earth; it gets worse because every time you brush your teeth, drink hot drinks or chew you stimulate the release of methyl mercury which is 100 times more toxic.

After 1976 the filling was “updated or upgraded” to the high copper amalgam filling, this is equal parts of mercury, copper and silver. Even though there is less mercury it stimulates the release of methyl mercury 50 times faster than the original.

The most sensitive parts of your body are the insides of your cheeks and under your tongue, so you can imagine where the elemental mercury goes…..yes into your body and your blood stream.

The blood consists of red and white cells; the white is essentially your immune system, its primary role is to protect you from invaders.

The red is broken down into roughly 30 components; one of which is hemoglobin which has 4 ports on each cell to carry oxygen….oxyhemeglobin.

Mercury attaches to one, two, three or even all four ports so is now transported around your body, it doesn’t want to wander aimlessly, it wants to find somewhere nice to live, like a filter organ, your liver, kidneys, heart or brain. Once resident there it will prevent the organ from doing its job efficiently and “hey presto you have symptoms”.

I have always found it quite ridiculous to think that the wonderful trusted community of general practitioners (GP’s) insists on treating symptoms and not the cause of the problem. So you see your doctor, are then told to take a medicine/drug and the chances are, you will be on medication for the rest of your life…nice.

In 2008/9 a school in Lakewood, Colorado was closed and 600 pupils were sent home, why, you ask, well there had been a spillage of a hazardous material so the HAZMAT team were called in. Now I’m sure you are thinking that there had been a large amount of a radioactive material spilled, well you would be right in thinking that way. In fact it was a mercury thermometer that had been broken.

Now if 600 kids were sent home because a very minimal amount or mercury was spilled on the floor why oh why is it considered safe to allow larger amount as an amalgam filling to be placed into uninformed, unsuspecting people? Thousands of times every day of the year.

This is interesting, did you know that the ADA actually holds the patent on amalgam fillings, so those wonderful, considerate people are actually being paid every time an amalgam is placed. It’s no wonder they refuse to acknowledge the dangers in these hideous little killers. When it’s eventually accepted worldwide that amalgams are killing people and the ADA have always known this then there will be an even bigger law suit than there was with the tobacco industry.

Let’s move back to amalgam fillings, because of the amalgamation of dissimilar metals, your saliva and the warm environment of your mouth, these fillings have all the basic requirements to be little batteries. They emit a signal, an electrical signal, negative or positive, high or low. Perhaps fillings could be better described electrically by calling them capacitors. Capacitors, like the flash portion of a flash camera, build up a charge over a period of time, and then discharge much of their stored current in an instant This is measured in micro amps’; having an electrical signal requires them to be removed in a very specific sequence. There is only one way of identifying that signal and that is to use a RITA meter, this device that was created by Dr. Huggins. It’s similar to an ammeter or amalgameter but there is very significant difference and that is the RITA meter measures the peak of the signal and stays at that point. This is crucial because the fillings need to be removed sequentially, starting with the highest negative; after that one has been removed the remainder of fillings in that quadrant can be removed.

Now it becomes a little confusing as the remaining fillings starting with the next highest negative are to be removed following the guide in the previous paragraph.

However, the dentist needs to check all the fillings in the mouth; they are marked on a chart by his assistant. If, after the first quadrant has been done the next highest negative filling is on the other side of the head crossing the mid line, draw an imaginary line down your head splitting your eyes, down your nose and thru your lips, then there has to be a 48hr gap between removals unless the dentist is using Conscious sedation. The most popular or commonly used is Versed which is similar to Valium. If conscious sedation is used then after the first highest negative filling is replaced the sequence doesn’t apply.

When Dr. Huggins noted this several decades ago he found that if this protocol is not adhered to, then 63% of patients develop an autoimmune disease, not necessarily immediately but it is likely to happen at some point.

There is almost a conspiracy here between the dentists that have done the honest research and found that Huggins work is real, and the powers that be like the American Dental Association (ADA) plus their cronies like Device Watch or Quack watch. These people will spread malicious misinformation about the pioneering work of Dr. Huggins and Dr. Weston Price before him. I have spoken with my clients and uninformed dentists who truly believe there is nothing wrong with an amalgam filling. This is because of the misinformation being spread by the ADA…

I’m sure you’ll be thinking “I’ll just go and see my local holistic or biological dentist, because he or she will do it right” well the sad thing is that NO, they won’t. There are lots and lots of very competent, experienced dentists, some biological, some holistic and they will tell you that they are very experienced in the removal of amalgam fillings. They have done it thousands of times, “so just come see me and I will take care of you”.

Again I can’t emphasize this strongly enough, biological, holistic, means nothing when it comes to the only safe methods of removing and replacing amalgams.

A Rita meter should be used to identify the correct sequence of removal; the dentist should use a rubber dam, oxygen, water, powerful suction and a Negative Ion Generator to ensure a clear channel over the dental chair. Some dentists will also use some form of suction device to clear the air immediately around the patient.

I’d like to ask this of the dentist’s that profess to be able to competently remove amalgams, “when you’ve removed the amalgams the wrong way, do any of the patients ever come back in six months or a year and tell you they now have MS or one of the other incurable diseases.” No, they don’t because the patient didn’t realize it was the dentistry that caused the problem, dentist’s are living in a dream world, I believe that the pharmaceutical industry are responsible for the millions of people suffering from ill health these days however I also believe the dentist’s are guilty and in some ways even more so.

There is only one safe way to remove amalgams, and that is to follow the protocol laid out by Dr. Huggins as listed above, over the years I have talked with thousands of clients all stating that they had had their amalgams removed the correct way. Most, not all but most would tell me that they had seen a Huggins trained dentist, to which I would ask for the name of the dentist and the city or state they were in. Some people wouldn’t tell me the name, why, I just don’t know; maybe they thought they would get the dentist into trouble.

For those that did tell me the name, it would often be a name I’d never heard before, what their dentist probably meant was that they attended a two hour seminar and shook Dr. Huggins hand, so in their mind they had been trained. The client would try to justify the dentist’s work, this I just couldn’t understand because the client would be suffering from health problems and often serious health problems which are likely to have been caused or at least instigated by dentistry.

Dr. Huggins holds trainings twice each year or at least he did, this would be a three day training program held in Colorado Springs, normally in March and October although that could vary by a month either side depending on when the IAOMT were holding their semi annual seminars. My recommendation is to find a Huggins trained dentist, this can be done by calling Huggins Applied healing on 1 866 948 4638.

At the end of this book I have listed the dentists that were considered to be an elite group of Huggins trained dentists including the city and phone numbers.

One particular dentist is in my opinion stands head and shoulders above the others; this is because of her experience and unequalled skills. Dr. Blanche Grube has followed Dr. Huggins work closer than anyone else for twenty years.

Her passion, compassion, skills, experience and dedication surpass all others, I will not go into detail about a health challenge she experienced because I feel it best coming from her. Needless to say she has been there, done that and has the T-shirt and video when it comes to health issues.
