High Copper Amalgam fillings..

During my three and a half years working for Dr. Huggins I was frequently told that the client didn’t have the old silver filling, their reliable dentist informed them that they had the new “high copper amalgam” filling. He had told them that this was safer and more reliable than the antiquated filling they had before.
The dentist was telling the truth, sort of, it was definitely more reliable, the question is “more reliable in what way?”
Well it was more reliably releasing a toxin that’s true but was it safer for the patient? The answer to that question is definitely a NO.
The High Copper Amalgam filling was developed by the American Dental Association (ADA) to furnish an amalgam that did not release mercury. Well this didn’t work exactly as they intended. The new filling released mercury 50 times greater than the original.
So stating that in a different way, one amalgam placed since 1976 will provide the same mercury exposure that 50 of the old pre “76” fillings.
The toxicologist at the University of Arkansas, Dr. Louis Change once reported that one microgram of mercury will damage the human body. Professor Joseph Levisky at the University of Colorado stated that one atom kills one cell. I think each amalgam filling will release 34 micrograms daily, so do you think they are safe.
This process is speeded up dramatically by normal everyday human functions; chewing food is the primary culprit but the chemical reaction from acids speed up this process, and this can be even more damaging as it creates a corrosive effect. The next problem is the electrical effect, mercury combined with copper and silver stimulates an electrical current and releases mercury. Now if there is also a gold crown in the mouth this will increase the mercury release by 10 fold.
The last agitator is heat; drinking hot drinks will increase the amount of mercury vapor released from the amalgam.
The most sensitive parts of your body are the insides of your cheeks and under your tongue so you can imagine where the mercury vapor goes, yes straight into your blood stream to be deposited in various filter organs throughout your body, Heart, Liver, Kidneys and Brain.
Mercury can inflict damage in a variety of ways; it can rupture the cell membranes, nerve impulse transmission, hormonal malfunction and the creation of methyl mercury which sees no barrier such as the blood brain barrier and placental barrier.

USDA plans to keep feeding ‘pink slime’ to your kids

(NaturalNews) After garnering nationwide attention for being secretly added to processed hamburgers and beef products, including those served in school lunchrooms, “lean finely textured beef,” aka “pink slime,” is reportedly on its way out from the menu offerings of McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Burger King. But according to Mother Jones, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) plans to keep ordering this imitation, ammonia-laced product for use in its National School Lunch Program (NSLP), a taxpayer-funded government food program that serves low-income students.

Pink slime gained much notoriety after being featured in the acclaimed 2008 documentary Food Inc.. Robert Kenner, the film’s director, revealed an inside look into Beef Products International (BPI), a South Sioux City, Neb.-based processing plant that produces most of the nation’s supply of pink slime. The product, which is composed of bovine connective tissue and random beef scraps doused in ammonia and formed into a paste, is commonly used as a beef filler because it is low-cost and supposedly less risky compared to conventional ground beef.

FDA, USDA say ammonia-laced ‘pink slime’ is safe for children
Though BPI claims that pink slime is safer than conventional ground beef because of the ammonia treatment, tests conducted by NSLP between 2005 and 2009 have revealed that the meat-like matter routinely tests positive for salmonella at four times the rate of conventional beef. Ammonia is also a highly-corrosive poison that is known to cause respiratory illness and lung damage, liver problems, and cancer. The Chemical Encyclopedia says ammonia is “highly toxic” if swallowed (http://healthychild.org/issues/chemical-pop/ammonia/).

And yet both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the USDA insist that pink slime is safe, even though there is absolutely no evidence to prove this. And now the USDA’s NSLP is reportedly ordering seven million pounds of pink slime to serve to students, a shocking move that even the nation’s most notoriously unhealthy fast-food chains are unwilling to make.

Reports indicate that top USDA officials have routinely ignored all data showing that pink slime is a “high risk product,” and have instead continued to endorse the product as safe for human consumption. And the worst part about the situation is that, just like with genetically-modified (GM) products, pink slime is secretly added into raw ground beef without being properly labeled.

“They’ve taken a processed product (ammonia), without labeling it, and added it to raw ground beef,” said microbiologist Gerald Zirnstein recently to The Daily. “Science is the truth, and pink slime at this point in time is a fraudulent lie” (http://www.takepart.com/article/2012/03/05/pink-slime-still-menu).

Dentures…

I’m sure the thought of dentures to a lot of people is quite worrying, having teeth removed and then having a lump of plastic in your mouth strikes fear into your heart. Well, you have to consider the long term implications, rather than the narrow minded short term view of “how you look” or “what will others think”.
Options like Implants or Root canals may look nicer to an observer but will create long term problems for you, remember those people looking at you, do not live in your body, they do not have to cope with the pain and heartache of disease and illness. So many people contract a serious and often life threatening disease when they have had those artificial things permanently placed into their body.
Your body doesn’t want artificial things permanently placed into it, your immune system will do the job it’s meant to and that is to find unnatural or non self cells and attack them, try to eliminate them and remove them from the temple it calls your body.
So a denture, be it partial or full is definitely a better option, it’s healthier in so many ways, you can take it out of you mouth daily and clean it, clean under it and remove bacteria.
When I was working for Dr Huggins I regularly spoke with people asking a question about dentures, I would do my best to reassure them that dentures are a good option. However please read the article on cavitation’s and how to avoid them before having teeth removed.
You will often be told that the denture will be made to look a similar color to your gums, less offensive and less obvious, actually that is a load of BS so don’t let them do that.
The denture should have the minimal coloring as possible, when it’s colored pink, it is very obvious but there is a bigger factor involved, and that is the coloring agent’s used.
When it is colored pink, the color is made from either mercury or cadmium or both, I’ve said this many times before and I’m sure I’ll say it hundreds of times more. Mercury is the most toxic non radioactive substance on earth, Cadmium is not far behind. So steering clear of both is a good option.
The denture should be made from Clear Acrylic, nearly three years ago I had to have a 6 tooth partial because I had my front six teeth removed. Yes, I was really worried about having it done, but I was lucky to be able to see one of the best dentist’s in the country and probably the best in terms of Huggins trained dentists, Dr Blanche Grube who I honestly believe I owe my life to.
Rest assured, an implant or root canal is a horrible long term thing to have in your mouth, millions of people have contracted a disease or illness since having them, do they realize that this is the reason they became sick? no they don’t understand that. This is because there are billion and trillion dollar organizations spending millions of dollars on advertising to persuade, confuse, brainwash then reassure the public that these artificial things are friendly to the human body.
I ask you this question which I’d like you to spend a little time thinking about: why is this nation, the most powerful nation in the world, in the bottom half of the sickest nations in the world. Look at statistic’s compiled by the World Health Organization, the last time I looked the USA was number 90 in the list of 174 countries.
Our health is only important to ourselves and our loved ones, big pharma and the other five organizations that make up the group of six that control this country, do not give a hoot. They know that in their long term plan of reducing the population of the world and becoming more and more wealthy in the process is all that matters.

15 Foods high in Folic acid…

It’s important to get adequate amounts of folic acid in the diet for a variety of health reasons, both physical and mental, but mostly for cellular growth and regeneration. In fact, a recent article from the New York Times named folic acid one of the most “luscious micronutrients” found in foods, and multiple studies suggest that a lack of folic acid may lead to mental conditions such as depression.
Physiologically, consuming enough folic acid allows the body to perform many of its essential functions, including nucleotide biosynthesis in cells, DNA synthesis and repair, red blood cell creation, and also helps to prevent anemia. Folic acid, also known as vitamin B9, is perhaps most well known for its applications in the prevention of fetal deformities, Alzheimer’s disease, as well as several types of cancer. The good news is that there are many rich sources of folic acid that are easy to incorporate into your daily diet.
List of Foods with Folic Acid
The following list will discuss the top ten foods with folic acid. Of course, organic is best (especially if you are pregnant!).

1. Dark Leafy Greens
It should come as no surprise that one of the planet’s healthiest foods is also one of the highest in folate. For an immediate boost in folic acid, consider adding more spinach, collard greens, kale, turnip greens and romaine lettuce into your daily diet. Just one large plate of these delicious leafy greens can provide you with almost all of your daily needs for folic acid.
Below is a short list of leafy greens that are high in folic acid.
• Spinach — 1 cup = 263 mcg of folate (65% DV)
• Collard Greens — 1 cup = 177 mcg of folate (44% DV)
• Turnip Greens — 1 cup = 170 mcg of folate (42% DV)
• Mustard Greens — 1 cup = 103 mcg of folate (26% DV)
• Romaine Lettuce — 1 cup = 76 mcg of folate (19% DV)

2. Asparagus
This woody treat is perhaps the most nutrient dense foods with folic acid out of the entire vegetable kingdom. Eating just one cup of boiled asparagus will give you 262 mcg of folic acid, which accounts for approximately 65% of your daily needs. Not only is asparagus a delicious snack, but it’s also full of nutrients your body craves, including Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Manganese.

3. Broccoli
Not only is broccoli one of the best detox foods you can eat, it’s also a great source for folic acid. Eating just one cup of broccoli will provide you with approximately 24% of your daily folic acid needs, not to mention a whole host of other important nutrients. We recommend eating organic broccoli raw or lightly steamed.
4. Citrus Fruits

Many fruits contain folic acid, but citrus fruits rank the highest. Oranges are an especially rich source of folic acid. One orange holds about 50 mcg, and a large glass of juice may contain even more. Other folate-rich fruits include papaya, grapefruit, grapes, banana, cantaloupe and strawberries. • Raspberries — 1 cup = 14 mcg of folate (4% DV)
5. Beans, Peas & Lentils

Beans and pulses especially high in folic acid include pinto beans, lima beans, green peas, black-eyed peas and kidney beans. Similarly, a small bowl of any type of lentils will give you the majority of your recommended daily amounts for folate. Here is a short list of how much which beans have the most folic acid.
• Lentils — 1 cup = 358 mcg of folate (90% DV)
• Pinto Beans — 1 cup = 294 mcg of folate (74% DV)
• Garbanzo Beans — 1 cup = 282 mcg of folate (71% DV)
• Black Beans — 1 cup = 256 mcg of folate (64% DV)
• Navy Beans — 1 cup = 254 mcg of folate (64% DV)
• Kidney Beans — 1 cup = 229 mcg of folate (57% DV)
• Lima Beans — 1 cup = 156 mcg of folate (39% DV)
• Split Peas — 1 cup = 127 mcg of folate (32% DV)
• Green Peas — 1 cup = 101 mcg of folate (25% DV)
• Green Beans — 1 cup = 42 mcg of folate (10% DV)
6. Avocado

The most beloved vegetable of Mexican fare, the buttery avocado holds up to 90mcg of folate per cup, which accounts for appoximately 22% of your daily needs. Not only are avocados one of the best foods with folic acid, but it’s also an excellent source of fatty acids, vitamin K and dietary fiber. Adding them to sandwiches or salads will make for an extra-healthy treat.
7. Okra

The world’s slimiest veggie is also one of the most nutrient rich. Okra has the distinct ability to simultaneously offer vitamins and minerals while cleansing the entire digestive tract from toxic build-up. When it comes to folate, Okra is a great source. Just one cup of cooked okra will give you approximately 37 mcg of folic acid.
8. Brussel Sprouts

While brussel sprouts probably isn’t your favorite vegetable, there is no denying that they are one of the best foods with folic acid. Eating one cup of boiled brussel sprouts will give you approximately 25% of your daily recommended amount. Brussel sprouts are also high in vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese and potassium. Even with the abundance of nutrients, it still remains incredibly difficult to convince your kid to give them a try.
9. Seeds and Nuts

It doesn’t matter if it’s pumpkin, sesame, sunflower or flax seeds, eating them raw or sprouted, or sprinkling them onto your next salad will add a healthy dose of folic acid. Sunflower seeds, flax seeds and peanuts are especially high in folate, with one cup offering up to 300 mcg. Nuts are also very high in folic acid, with both peanuts and almonds ranking especially high. Below is a short list of the best seeds and nuts for folic acid.
• Sunflower Seeds — ¼ cup = 82 mcg of folate (21% DV)
• Peanuts — ¼ cup = 88 mcg of folate (22%)
• Flax Seeds — 2 tbs = 54 mcg of folate (14% DV)
• Almonds — 1 cup = 46 mcg pf fp;ate (12% DV)

10. Cauliflower
This cruciferous vegetable is typically regarded as one of the best vitamin C foods, but it’s also a great source for folic acid. Eating just one cup of boiled cauliflower will give you approximately 55 mcg of folate, accounting for 14% of your recommended daily value. We recommend adding fresh cauliflower to a salad with some of the other folic acid foods on this list.
11. Beets

Beets are a great source for antioxidants that provide detox support, making them one of the best liver cleanse foods on the planet. While that’s a great reason to add them to your diet, beets are also known as one of the best foods with folic acid. Eating one cup of boiled beets will provide you with approximately 136 mcg of folate, accounting for 34% of your daily needs.
12. Corn

You probably have a can of corn in your pantry right now. This popular vegetable also contains plenty of folate. Just one cup of cooked corn will give you approximately 76 mcg of folic acid, accounting for almost 20% of your daily needs. We would recommend avoiding canned veggies and opting for fresh and organic.
13. Celery

Celery is commonly regarded as a great food to help with kidney stones, but did you know it’s also a great source for folic acid? Just one cup of raw celery will give you approximately 34 mcg of folate, accounting for 8% of your daily needs.
14. Carrots

Carrots are another extremely popular vegetable that is probably in your home right now. Just one cup of raw carrots will give you almost 5% of your daily recommended needs for folic acid. Eat baby carrots as a snack or add them to your salads for a folate boost!

15. Squash
Squash may not be the most popular vegetable for your family, but there is no denying its nutritional benefits. Whether it’s summer squash or winter squash, adding this veggie to your diet will help give you a boost in folic acid. Here is a breakdown of how much folate can be found in squash.
• Winter squash — 1 cup = 57 mcg of folate (14% DV)
• Summer Squash — 1 cup = 36 mcg of folate (9% DV)

Stainless steel crowns for kids..

This is one of the most horrible things that could happen to your child, while working for Dr Huggins I regularly came across people telling me about the problems with their kids after they had had stainless steel crowns put over baby teeth.
Firstly even though it’s called stainless steel it essentially is Nickel, yes nickel and nickel is the most carcinogenic substance on earth, now read that again, the most carcinogenic substance on earth meaning cancer causing. Do you really want that in your child, do you want to start your child’s life like that, no, I don’t think so.
In addition, the dentist is likely to do a baby root canal, as I pointed out in an earlier article, root canals are horrendous for anyone. They will fill the tooth with a filling material that is very likely to contain mercury, the most toxic non radioactive substance on earth. This will seep through the tooth and into the bone marrow where it will cause many problems. On top of that your child is likely to have a significant drop in their IQ, probable personality changes, I’d talk with clients telling me that the child they took to the dentist is not the child they brought home. Often they had transitioned into totally different kids from a personality perspective.
I talked with a Dr Marilyn Medina who has a practice in Texas, she saw numerous kids that had had stainless steel crowns which created significant problems with their health, personality changes were obvious but disfigurement of gums and mouth were a little harder to deal with for the parent.
My suggestion is do not have stainless steel crowns put into your child’s mouth and seek a Huggins trained dentist, this is your child’s life, it’s precious.

Although I’m not a doctor and I have to make that very clear, I do believe I have accumulated a wealth of information, not just because of my time with Dr Huggins but also through the many books I’ve read and the personal research in the field of natural health.
Over a three and a half year period I talked with more than 17,500 people, most had a debilitating or life threatening disease. If I didn’t actually know the answer I would spend some time researching or talking with Dr Huggins to find an answer.
